It attaches to our 5' and 8' instructor desks. Crafted from solid oak, oak and hardwood veneers (same as the instructor's desk). It is finished with a chemical resistant, earth-friendly UV finish. The side desk features one 13-1/2"W x 18"D x 10-1/4"H file drawer, two 13-1/2"W x 18"D x 4"H storage drawers and one 19-1/2"W x 18"D x 3"H pencil drawer. All drawers come with locks. The unit includes a 14-1/2"W x 20"D pull-out writing board. The classroom side of the unit features a bookshelf with one fixed shelf. The unit can be attached to either the right or left side of the instructor desk.

Book Compartment Tables are built with the same quality techniques as the plain apron table. They are finished with a chemical resistant, earth-friendly UV finish. These tables have either two or four book compartments (depending on size) installed in the apron. The book compartments measure 14" W x 13-5/8"D x 3-7/8"H. A safe, efficient and mobile way to handle laptop computers. Sliding hardwood plywood doors front and back provide easy access to storage as well as the charging station. Multiple outlet plug strips in the back section allow easy plug-in of up to 20 computers. The cords from the outlet strips can be fed through a hole in the floor of the unit so that the doors can be locked during charging.
