Complete all-in-one safety station has a built-in shower and eyewash station, and storage for other equipment like fire blankets, spill kits, first aid kits and a fire extinguisher. The shower head has a high volume continuous water flow. Pulling the conveniently located pull handle activates the stay open valve. The eyewash is mounted on black plastic laminate over a stainless steel bowl but can be detached and pulled up to 12' away from the station for washing eyes or other small areas. The eyewash paddle handle activates the stay open valve leaving the users hands free. Shelving, both locking and open, is available. The area beneath the storage is open to allow the mounting of various safety apparatus. The unit is ADA compliant with room for a wheelchair and lever controlled fixtures. Constructed of solid oak, and hardwood veneers, this unit serves as a complete demonstration center offering a spacious work surface. It is finished with a chemical resistant, earth-friendly UV finish. Included are drawers, and a cupboard for storage of large items. The drawers are expertly crafted from the finest materials with dovetail joinery throughout. Drawers run on epoxy-coated steel glides with nylon bearings for smooth operation. Equipment includes: one hot and cold mixing faucet, double gas cock, GFI protected AC duplex receptacle, polypropylene trap, set of support rods and crossbar, rubber base molding and locks for cupboard and all five drawers (two small, three large). Can also be ordered without the sink, faucet, gas cock, rod sockets or support rod. Note: mirror, and mirror/marker board will not fit this unit. This unit comes with double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors and leveling feet. Manual-close doors opens to a full 180 degrees and self-latches when pushed closed. It includes polyethylene trays attached to galvanized steel shelves and a separate polyethylene liner for the bottom sump resist aggressive chemicals. Easily remove the liner for quick cleaning of drips and leaks. An all epoxy baked-on powder-coat finish, inside and out, provides increased chemical resistance. Cabinet meet OSHA and NFPA 30.
